CalendarLite Services Terms
If you use the Payments Services to take payments from your clients, these “Payments Services Terms” apply to you. If you use the Payments Services, you agree to follow these Payments Services Terms. The CalendarLite Terms of Service, which can be found at www.https://calendarlite.com/platform-terms, apply to these Payments Services Terms. If not stated otherwise, capitalized words that are used but not defined in these Payments Services Terms will have the same meanings as they do in the General Terms. If there is a conflict between these Payments Services Terms and the General Terms, the Payments Services Terms will take precedence when it comes to the Payments Services.
You can’t use the payment services if you don’t agree to these terms.
1. Services for processing payments.
You can accept payments from your clients through the Services. We are not a bank, money transfer service, or any other kind of financial institution, and we do not offer banking or other regulated financial services. We may help you process payments between you and your clients through third parties like Stripe. This means that we gather, study, and send information related to these payments. CalendarLite does its best to make sure that information is sent securely to third parties who handle payments and assess them. However, CalendarLite is not responsible for any fees or charges that third parties charge, or for any mistakes they make when processing payments, even if they are caused by third-party negligence, sending payment information incorrectly, you or your users submitting payment information by mistake, or submitting payment information that is wrong.
You can find the prices for the Payments Services at https://www.https://calendarlite.com/pricing/. We may change these fees from time to time, but we will give you 30 days’ notice by email to the email address we have on file for you as the Account Owner. You are responsible for making sure that you have given us the right contact information and that you keep it up to date. If you keep using the Payment Services after any changes to these fees go into effect, you agree to follow and be bound by those changes. If you don’t agree to the new fees, you should stop using the Payments Services or close your Account, as stated in the General Terms.
