Cancellation & Refund Policy

By creating a Paid Account, you consent to paying all fees associated with using and accessing the services, which are detailed in detail on our pricing page and depend on the Plan Tier you have chosen. You are aware that all fees are non-refundable and non-cancellable, and that they must be paid in full without any form of offset or deduction.
You specifically give us permission to charge the relevant Fees using the Payment Method you used during the Subscription Term by submitting a payment method and/or related information (the “Payment Method”). You acknowledge that CalendarLite will not be held responsible for any actions or inactions by third parties that provide payment information and/or procedures (such as our third-party payment processor or third-party procure to pay solutions).
Your Order Form, invoice, or account’s billing page will specify the duration of the Initial Subscription Term and Renewal Subscription Terms. Depending on CalendarLite, term lengths can be month-to-month, in 12-month increments annually, or for another amount of time.

For subsequent Renewal Subscription Terms, the Services will automatically renew for a duration equal to the preceding subscription period. Your current payment method will be automatically charged by CalendarLite for the applicable fees and taxes at that time. There may be a price increase for each renewal subscription term. You promise to keep your billing information up to date, if relevant.
