Google Integration Document URL
When you connect your Google account with Calendar Lite Booking, Calendar Lite will help you:
- Generate Google links automatically without your intervention.
- Share a secure, different Google URL for each booking.
Choosing Google as your event location will allow you to automatically create video conference details and save them to your Calendar Lite appointment. Once the appointment is made, Google details will be automatically included in the confirmation email notifications sent to your participants.
To use Google Integration, you must have a Google account.
Setting up Google
To integrate Calendar Lite with Google, follow these steps:
- Go to Settings -> Online Meeting
- Scroll down to the Google section and click Connect to Google.
Usage
Before you start using Calendar Lite Appointment Booking app with Google, ensure the following prerequisites are met:
- You must have an active Calendar Lite account with proper access permissions.
- Google must be authorized to access Calendar Lite features and functionalities.
Requirements

- Google account eligibility: No additional requirements
(Permissions are controlled by your account administrator)
Once this connection process is complete, whenever an appointment is created, a Google meeting will be generated automatically.
Adding Google links to your services
- Once Google is connected, go to Services -> Manage Service.
- Scroll down to the Joining Details section. You will see an option to select locations for your service appointments. Select the Google option and the Location details will automatically generate a Google meeting link for your service.
Sending Google links to customers through email notifications
- Go to Settings -> Notifications.
- Calendar Lite has already set up the Joining details [Location] – [Location details] variable into your email templates. If the location of service appointment is selected as Google, [Location details] is replaced with Google meeting links and automatically sent to customers.
Disconnect your Google account
By removing Calendar Lite Appointment Booking app from your Google account, all data made with Calendar Lite will be removed. You can disconnect your Google account from Calendar Lite by following these steps:
- Go to Settings -> Integration.
- Scroll down to the Google section and click Disconnect.

- Login to your Google Account and navigate to the Google App Marketplace.
- Click Manage -> Added Apps or search for Calendar Lite Appointment Booking app.
- Click Remove.
