CalendarLite Terms of Service

These CalendarLite Terms of Service are a legal agreement (“Agreement“) between you (“you” or “your“) and CalendarLite, Inc. (“CalendarLite,” “we,” “us,” or “our“) that governs your use of the Services (as defined below), whether you are an Account Owner, User, or something else. You agree to this Agreement by using the Services, signing up for an account, or both.

CalendarLite is an online business management software platform and related services for salons, spas, and other beauty and wellness businesses. You can use our Services through the web-based app at https://app.calendarlite.com.

You agree to these terms every time you access or use the Services. By using or accessing the services, you agree to the terms of this agreement and enter into a legally binding contract for yourself or the entity you are using the services for. YOU SAY AND WARRANT THAT YOU (1) ARE AT LEAST 18 YEARS OLD AND (2) HAVE THE RIGHT, AUTHORITY, AND ABILITY TO SIGN THIS AGREEMENT FOR YOURSELF OR FOR AN ENTITY IF YOU ARE USING THE SERVICES FOR THAT ENTITY. You can’t use or access any services if you don’t agree with all of the terms of this agreement.

You can find the prices for the Services at https://www.mangomint.com/pricing/. You become a “Account Owner” of the Services when you agree to this Agreement (“Order“) and pay the fees listed on the fees page. This document refers to all Account Owners and anyone who uses the Services in connection with their Account, whether through a CalendarLite ID or another means (including but not limited to owners, employees, affiliates, partners, staff, or independent contractors), as “Users.” This Agreement applies to any subscription or registration for the Services (each a “Subscription“).

We can change or update this Agreement at any time, and we are the only ones who can do so. When we post a new version of this Agreement, which will be effective as of the “Last Updated” date above, any changes or updates we make will take effect. If you use the Services after CalendarLite posts new terms of the Agreement, you agree to the new terms. You need to check the most recent terms of this Agreement from time to time so that you know about any changes, as they are binding on you.

CalendarLite may let you take payments from your clients (“Payments Services“). You can find the Payments Services Terms at https://calendarlite.com/platform-terms/. These terms cover the Payments Services and your eligibility for them. You agree to the Payments Services Terms if you use the Payments Services to accept payments from your clients.

1. Accounts

1.1 Who Can Have an Account? This Agreement says that your Account on the CalendarLite Platform gives Account Owners and their Users access to the Services we offer. As the owner of an account, you know that only you and the users who are registered under your account can access it. In this context, “Account” refers to the one-of-a-kind account that links the Account Owner to the CalendarLite Platform and its related Services. Every User should use their CalendarLite ID to get into the Account Owner’s Account. When you create or log into an Account, you agree that you are at least 18 years old, can make a legally binding agreement with CalendarLite, and are not otherwise barred from using the Services under this Agreement or Applicable Laws. You can only use the Services and any Accounts for legal business purposes, as or on behalf of an Account Owner who is allowed to do business in the states where it does business.

1.2 Information about the account. You agree that you will (a) give us accurate, up-to-date, and complete account and business information for any Accounts you create on the Services, (b) keep your contact information up to date so we can reach you, and (c) keep your Account credentials safe. You agree and understand that CalendarLite has the right to check any Account information you give them. If an Account or User using the Services under that Account gives CalendarLite incomplete, incorrect, or false Account information, CalendarLite has the right to suspend or end the Account.

1.3 What Account Owners Are Responsible For When It Comes to Users and Clients.
  • The Account Owner is in charge of everything that happens on or in connection with their account, including managing all Users who have access to the Account and everything that happens on or in connection with it, including by Clients. Any mention of “access” or “use” of the Services in this Agreement (or something similar) includes access or use by Users or Clients, as appropriate. If a User or Client does something that goes against this Agreement, the Account Owner will be considered to have broken this Agreement.
  • If you are an Account Owner, (i) you must protect the credentials used to access your Account from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure and not give those credentials to anyone who is not authorized to use your Account or the Services; (ii) you must make sure that your Users and Clients follow all relevant parts of this Agreement, including any acceptable use policies provided or made available by CalendarLite, and all applicable local, state, national, and foreign laws, including those related to data privacy and transmission of Personal Information, at all times while using the Services; and (iii) you are responsible for making sure that you and your Users have the right to interact with or contact Clients through the Services, as applicable, in accordance with Applicable Laws and regulations.
If you find out about any unauthorized use of the Services or any other known or suspected breach of your Account’s security, you agree to let CalendarLite know right away.
  • CalendarLite can do anything it thinks is necessary or reasonable to keep the Services and your Account safe, such as blocking access to your, your Users’, or your Clients’, issuing new access credentials, or asking for more information to approve activities related to your Account.
  • If you are a User but not the Account Owner, you agree and understand that the Account Owner can end your access to an Account and any Account Data in it at any time and for any reason, including when your job or other relationship with the Account Owner ends.

1.4 Getting in touch with you and your users. We may get in touch with you and your Users about the Services through email, SMS, text messages, and push notifications, if necessary. If you use an app, your carrier may charge you standard fees for messages, data, and other things. They may also take money from your pre-paid amounts or data allowances, which you are responsible for.
